Our team set down with the Café’s head chef, Mr. Chamara, to talk about the dishes and new additions to the menu of the bistro. The team of the café is determined to provide dishes of all tastes for all ages and every age group. Furthermore, Tides Café & Bistro recently introduced a healthy menu featuring well balanced and green Salads, Main Courses and Drinks. Most dishes are healthy twists of famed dishes.
Other than the healthy menu, the Main Menu of Tides Café & Bistro features a vast array of dishes from different cuisines, delightful desserts, and exceptional drinks. From traditional Maldivian cuisine to Indian and Sri Lankan classics, the cafe features dishes from many International Cuisines delivering different flavors to unique guests.
Open from 0800 hours till 0000 hours, the café will serve buffets and Ala Carte style throughout the three meals of the day. Breakfast and Lunch will be served in buffets, even though both the menus are available. During the first evening hours, local short eats are served with either coffee, tea or a drink that you desire. Dinner is well served with the packed menus of the café.
