The Revolutionary CROSSROADS Maldives Is Now Open
The megaproject CROSSROADS began in 2017 with high hopes of paving the Maldivian hospitality industry towards a new path. Developed and navigated by Thailand’s leading real estate developer, Singha Estate Public Company Limited, the mega project holds a mind-blowing value of approximately USD 131 Million. The destination will feature a vast total of 376 rooms, opening doors for over 1,000 jobs for the local islanders.
Built on one of the largest lagoons in the Maldives, Emboodhoo Lagoon- the property is just a 15-minute speedboat ride away from the Velana International Airport. The transfer from the airport to the one of a kind property is provided by Jalboot Maldives. Their modern and luxurious vessels will provide a safe and joyful ride from and back to the airport. Jalboot Maldives has also partnered with Singha Estate Public Company Limited to manage and overlook the Marina at CROSSROADS.

Reaching to the CROSSROADS Maldives, the first island is home to the heart of the mega project, Marin at CROSSROADS. The 11,000 sqm inspires the visitors and locals to share and explore cultures including a vast number of lifestyle based features such as shopping, fine dining, a second-to-none event hall, and PADI-certified dive and watersports center. Along with them, SAii Lagoon by Hilton targets short term visitors for their limited time ventures. One of the most advanced marine life laboratories is also located in the island, carrying out researches and initiating events the Marine Discovery Centre is one of the many highlights of CROSSROADS.
