Highly famed MasterChef Judge Monica Galetti is set to be back in Coco Bodu Hithi this October. She will be hosting two spectacular six-course dinners on 22nd and 25th October along with a masterclass on 23rd October for the guests staying at Coco Bodu Hithi.
Monica Galetti, born in Samoa and raised in New Zealand later moved to the UK during the 90’s chasing her dreams. She worked with Michel Roux Jr at His two Michelin-star restaurant Le Gavroche. As of now she runs the Mere restaurant in London, delivering a perfect balance of South Pacific and French cuisine.
Monica is has also written two bestselling books: Monica’s Kitchen and The Skills. Moreover, she is famed among most as a judge on BBC Two’s MasterChef: The Professionals.
With the resort’s award-winning restaurant Aqua’s well known factor for great sea food and the island’s fresh sea food resources, these dinners and the masterclass would be a magical culinary journey with once in a lifetime moment.
