“Guess who’s Cooking”, A Whole New Dinning Experience by Soneva Jani
Soneva Jani, the third resort by the leading hospitality brand, Soneva, introduces “Guess Who’s Cooking” their latest dinning journey. Based on a secret menu, the dinners will not know the dishes they are been served, the chef who curates it or the cuisine until moments before the dinner begins.
The kitchen is set within the hidden walls of a Bedouin tent located at the beach, with dinning option available inside just incase of any tropical rain. The whole experience however, is based on the music and harmony of the Soneva Jani’s beautiful beach and the night views and decors.
Chefs including Soneva Jani’s specialty chefs, chefs from both Seneva Fushi and Soneva Kiri along with international guest chefs will feature their culinary expertise in this journey. Dinners will be given a rough idea of what they will be served on the day of the experience, however the dishes, cuisine and the inspirations for them will be only given just minutes ahead of the dinner by the featuring chef.
An exciting line-up of Soneva’s chefs include: Chef Kat (Thai cuisine), Chef Sun (Asian cuisine), and Chef Ansari (Indian thali) – all from Soneva Jani, as well as Chef Sobah (Maldivian cuisine) from Soneva Fushi and Chef Benz (Thai cuisine) from Soneva Kiri. These chefs team up to bring dinners an ever changing flow of culinary delights.
The team of Soneva is excited to bring the curious concept to deliver exciting new dishes and unexplored cuisines to the guests visiting the resort.
