We welcome you to the only ice rink in the Maldives, Ice Ice Maybe located at the heart of the luxurious Jumeriah Vittaveli Maldives. Given the humid and tropical nature of the Maldives, an ice rink amid the Indian ocean might be a farfetched daydream a few years ago. Until Jumeirah Vittaveli decided to take their thrill to the next level.

Launched in March 2018 by Olympic Gold medalist Evgeni Plushenko, the first and only ice-skating rink in the Maldives offers and thrilling new experience. Evgeni also delivered a show-stopping performance on the rink to the guests who attended the ceremony, kick-starting the thrill.

Ice Ice Maybe is true to the core beliefs of Jumeirah Vittaveli in improving sustainability whenever possible. Made by Glice® the rink is synthetic and works entirely without water, and at a zero-energy level.

Open every day from 12:00 to 18:00, the first entry would cost USD 7 each with a package inclusive of two hours of ice skating, rental of skating and protective gear, an ice cream sundae, along with souvenirs and giveaways.

Guests of all ages are welcome at the rink, however children below eight must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian for their safety. The team at Ice Ice Maybe also recommends everyone entering the rink to wear the necessary protective gears.
