With experiences at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Oaxen Krog, Operakällaren and Ekstedt in Stockholm, he is well experienced as much as he is talented. He has won Olympic Gold twice for Swedish Culinary National Team for his exceptional work and talents he has shown.
