The South American Delight at The Heart of Emerald Maldives
Situated among the rich vegetation of Emerald Maldives- the atmosphere brings out the tropical rain forest vibes from the heart of South America along with its best flavors
The Amazonico restaurant has a unique concept and an untouched cuisine in the Maldives. Emerald Maldives is the only resort in the Maldives that features a fully operational South American restaurant – delivering an experience beyond the food.
Featuring a live cooking station the restaurant stands out from the rest with the native charcoal grill that is used by the original south americans to cook the very dishes. The grill makes the flavors more charismatic and the food even more original and tastier. If we looked into Brazil, Chile or any other country in the heart of Amazona and look back to the restaurant we can see the reflection and the delivery of the experiences are pure and original.
